RE: For the D2 Series LED triproof light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.

RE: We have professional DIAlux team to support you, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website or inquire us to send.

Q7: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.

RE: High brightness San‘an SMD2835 LEDs light source,BOKE flicker free drivers for standard configuration. Yes.Other brands can be negotiated.
